The artist retains his copyright on the original work, which prohibits plagiarism, as well as the sale of reproductions and/or derivative products made from it by the client without the consent of the artist. .

The artist reserves the right to create possible derivative products using the image of the creation.

The certificate of authenticity that you will receive guarantees the value of the work, as well as the accuracy of a real work made by the artist and not a reproduction. This proof must be kept for life, because it proves that the authentic work belongs to you.  

After receipt of the work at your home, the new owner is responsible for the property and undertakes to take care of the work.

Guenolée de Carmoy withdraws from all responsibility after adequate delivery of the work, if it is damaged by breakage, fire, theft or vandalism.
